COMPLETING THIS FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOU A ROOM OR APPROVAL FOR THE EVENT. Once your request has been submitted, a church staff member will contact you after it has been reviewed.
If your reservation is related to a fundraiser, you will need to have the fundraiser approved by the Vestry before reserving the room.
